The Favorites.

Kikki-K Planner

It's my new obsession. I think I've been looking for the perfect planner for years now and when I stumbled upon Kikki-K's website, I knew I had to have one. It's the perfect size, real leather, and each one is uniquely made for each customer. Individuality is ensured. I love adding my own little details to each page. I mean how cute is that fox bookmark?

Fresh Face

Spring has arrived and around this time of year I like to switch up my normal foundation routine. I usually like more of a matte finish to my skin, but spring calls for a dewy finish. This combination does just the trick for me! I wouldn't recommend this for someone who has oily skin. I think this combo works best for normal to dry skin.

1) Prime with "that gal" from Benefit. It's also a brightening primer.
2) Buff Nars Tinted Moisturizer into skin.
3) Add a touch of Clinque concealer to brighten up the under eye area.

Bed Head

I have always embraced my natural hair texture. This mainly due to my constant laziness when it comes to styling my hair. It's unruly and doesn't like to be tamed. My hair has a subtle wave and craziness to it. So, I've learned to love and embrace it. I don't have thick hair, but I have lots and LOTS of hair. This Bumble and bumble spray amplifies that. I always let my hair dry naturally and once it's dry, I just spray this from roots to ends. It instantly creates that lived-in, messy look that I absolutely love.

It's my birthday month, so treats are necessary. I've been eyeing these Tom Ford sunglasses for almost a year now. It was time to indulge. They are SPEC-tacular. See what I did there.....

I've been on the hunt for a good bright pink lip that was a bit darker than my usually favorite, Candy Yum Yum by MAC. Smashbox debuted their new matte lipstick line, and they offer the most beautiful colors.

Smashbox + Donald Robertson: Be Legendary Matte Lipstick
Color: Magenta Matte

It's no secret that I'm a frequent shopper at West Elm. That is where I found this beauty. This  company takes repurposed glass and hand makes them into beautiful candles. This scent is Rose and smells absolutely phenomenal. It's not too strong, and will subtly make you room smell fantastic.

After wearing suits all week at work, I appreciate comfortable clothes on my days off. What's better than a slouchy tee, and distressed denim? Typical uniform for me. There are a couple of things that I love about this outfit. It's an easy, laid backed look with a bit of a tomboy vibe that compliments the chunky black heel. As of late, I've been gravitating towards a more minimalist way of dressing. The less fuss, the better. As for my hair, I recently chopped most of it off. I hate it. Many tears later (aka a month) and I still hate it. It's not the cut I asked for at all. It was an awful experience that I never want to go through again. But alas, hair will grow back. THANK GOD. Can you tell that Madewell has been my source of inspiration lately? Also, these jeans are more comfortable than sweatpants. I kid you not.

Apartment Living.

I'm a hoarder of trinkets. I'll admit it. But isn't that what truly makes a living space unique? I have become quite obsessed with buying decor for my big girl apartment. As you can see, anything that remotely resembles a bunny or cat, I can't resist. This is my first adult apartment, and I couldn't be prouder of how far it's come since the beginning. I still have a long way to go till everything is exactly to my liking! Also, you can never go wrong with white and gold. It goes with everything, I promise. Next on my list, my bedroom. Wish me luck...

Chelsea Styles.

It was only after I took the pictures that I came to the realization of how much this look reminded me of Harry Styles. I can't even say that I'm the biggest fan of One Direction, but Harry fucking Styles? He is my spirit animal. His style is everything.

These pictures were taken in my hometown during the holidays with my best friend, Scarlett. Isn't that wall fantastic? It's seriously the perfect backdrop. I swear, nothing can clash with it. It's tradition that we visit at least once when we're there. It's kinda of our thing <3

I hope every had a happy holiday! I look forward to making 2015 a blogging year <3

Until next time!
